Grand Arjuna Hotel - Bandung

This hotel has a great location in the hills, and is conveniently close to both Dago and Cihampelas shopping areas. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. the bathroom is modern and well-designed, with high-quality toiletries and fluffy towels. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful swimming pool and good coffee at breakfast.

The staff lacks proper training and often prioritizes answering phone calls over serving guests.

The nearby restaurant, Miss Bee Providore, was as close as 700 feet from the hotel. Nice to have pool;)))

We stayed not far from many city attractions and within 15 mins on foot from Borma Toserba Setiabudi. An a single bed was a bonus. We loved the fact that we chose Ardjuna Boutique. Parking was on site...

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed great amenities provided like cozy and spacious rooms, and a beautiful swimming pool that catered to everyone's preferences. the hotel's location was also a plus, providing a quiet ambience away from the busy city. the hotel's convenient access to public transport was very helpful in facilitating our move to shopping centers.

There were some aspects that we didn't like. the quality of the breakfast provided was below average and there were some unwanted guests around.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The best part was the cleanliness of the hotel, including the rooms and lobby. the hotel facilities were great, with a nice pool and comfortable sofas in the lobby. The location was perfect, as it was in the hill area with easy access to shopping areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome. Lastly, the hotel had ample and secure parking, made me feel safe and at ease leaving my car overnight.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfy bed that provided a great night's sleep. The hotel offered top-notch amenities including air conditioning, an in-room safe, and free toiletries. The staff was attentive and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel had a spa & wellness center, an outdoor swimming pool, and a bar/lounge area, offering plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment.

With excellent service, beautiful views, and comfortable rooms, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel's design is simply mesmerizing, and the pool area is breathtaking, offering mesmerizing views over the hills in the area. The location is also very convenient, offering easy access to many popular attractions in the region. We enjoyed the facilities in our room, including the comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

We did have a few issues during our stay. the air conditioning system in our room was quite noisy, and its quality not up to par.
